I travel lots and took up running outside of the hotels I stay at and near home again. Nothing too major, but somewhere around 3.5-6.0 miles per run. I love it. 30-50 minutes and then heading to the shower. No special gear. Just shoes, shirt, shorts and earbuds, means I'm not tied to crummy gyms in hotels. I'm addicted, I think. Not riding my bicycle enough, though.
