That's a good story, have another one?
That was epic! That kid kicked ass on that hill that day. :clap No one on a 950Se is making it up that hill.

Nice to see guys using this "trail system". Most guys ride right by it on the ROAD. Definatly not for the meek.

I'm chomping at the bit to ride with you guys. Just a few more weeks, hopefully.

any restaurants accessible with a green sticker bike?

planning a ride where the sportbikes and dirtbikes meet for lunch

looking @ the SBNF map on the USDA website shows our best bet are deep creek trails in cedar glen - but can we make it all the way?

other options are lame w' a packed lunch - the end of cleghorn or miller canyon trail head

    Nope. Not legally, anyway.

Actually...you could stage at Baldy Mesa and ride north, blah, blah to Phelan and pop up into the parking lot of the Mountain Top Cafe in Phelan.

Get a plated bike, problems solved :deal

My family are heading down there and staying in Arrowhead Villas at my bro in laws cabin. I'm the only rider in that side of the family and I'll be bringing my plated 450exc along for sure. Anyone going to be out there that week and want to put down some miles in the NF? I'm an experienced and prudent dirt rider with good bike and equipment. Let me know if you're around!

did 30 miles this afternoon and rolled the cam the whole time.:rofl
I must work on properly gearing the 425- it just can't power through the rocky downhill sections with the front wheel in the air.:cry
A couple good wrecks today. Two of the front wheel touching down and catching rocks in some rocky moguls and one on the pavement. Just a slow speed front end tuck getting krazy in the twisties.:clap

Hi Jeff, for sure and also I'm finding numerous obstacle sections that are worthy of a tripod for individual filming. You mos def should come up for that.

I LIKE your new sig line and I still need your input with the steep switchbacks like the ones on upj trail.
Good luck to all who wish for becoming better riders and choose to follow nelly:eek1
