I was wondering which way you would go at the next event. I have to say that we missed you at the time controls at BRS:lol3 The cousins want to race and expect my presence in some way. The 550 motor is getting some work done at the moment, so its probably a really good platform for SB.... Light and lots and lots of power:lol3

I suspect that Luke is not doing Sandblast so its more than likely I'll be on the fuel tanker :D

I'll probably be there.... not sure what class yet. I'd run the SE if I was guaranteed that there won't be the sloppy snot we had this year.

Crank, a 550 motor? That wouldn't be an Aprilia would it?

NO, NO !!:lol3 I have an Aprilia SXV that is going to Pike's Peak, already close to single purpose mode with it and I cant afford to F' it up.
Looking for the money to get a used KTM or something, doesnt look good for a ride this year at sand blast(right now). Ideally, I would like to ride the 4(?) event series.
The Colorado trip takes alot away from the farm (June is a bad time to even go ) wife very tolerant, but I know "when to say when", the racing thing drained us for years back in the 80's and 90's.
I will lkely be going down, and would happily help out, if anyone needs(wants) it. I have a fair amount of experience.

Did you know the X Challenge was debuted at the first Sandblast in 2007? A local guy (Adams, MA) rode it for MAX.

Maple,,,, SB is the most forgiving of the events in my opinion. The sand takes a little getting used to but for the most part the stages are wide open. Except for a couple areas, if you go off there is very little to collide with.

Crank,,,, that beast is gonna be quite the friggin ripper when it's done. :thumb Can't wait to see it done!!
