Anders, what's the record # of bike entries?

Pondangle, your tshirt terrifies me :eek1

Getting some practice in this weekend, with a little test and tune on some bike adjustments :clap

Where is the "happening" place to stay this year in Cheraw?

Last time I raced I ended up in a motel that maybe I'd rather not like to stay in this year...

I've always stayed at what used to be the Jamesons. ALways treated me pretty well. Which reminds me, rooms hsould be booked what with 80 teams signed up. I hear the camping is fun, too..

I've got site #4 at the H. Cooper Black CG. I'm planning on rolling in thursday night. Looks pretty decent and fairly close to everything.

Awesome! Didn't see your name on the entry list when it first came out and was wondering if you'd make it or not. Just don't make me take video of you laying on the ground again :lol3.

Hope you're healed up and ready to rock. See you there!

Ok, reading really IS fundamental. Jenna, I didn't read far enough into the thread to see that you and the missus won't be vacationing in cheraw with the rest of the inmates this time. We'll miss you.

    'Til next time...:1drink

Thanks to those who have registered and glad to see everyone's interest. This will be a good time. Registrations have been coming in steadily and spots are limited so don't wait and miss out!

FYI, I just got off the phone with Inn Cheraw. I got the "Sandblast" rate, $60/night. She did say that she was running out of room, and it would be hard to make sure I got a non-smoking room. Sounds like she has a few smoking rooms left.

She seemed like a very nice lady.

Well, at $60, I wasn't expecting the Waldorf Astoria

Looking good, Rodney. We got dumped on again last night...tons of snow around me, and with this cold spell it won't be melting for a while. My kids were riding their quads so I took out my trials bike with zero rear tire pressure....I was sliding around and going nowhere real fast :lol3. A good way to pretend it's sand and practice riding standing up and drifting through turns :D

I have tons of white stuff that looks like sand but at -45 it's snow. This rally will be the first time out on the bike for a bit. Myself and two other friends are making our way down from Toronto on Monday night, hope to be in SB area Tuesday some time. We are hoping to get some riding in before and Enrolled In the clinic . Need to shake the snow and cold off the old bones before hand.

Good choice. Skills will be rusty with the early winter we've had.

And it's gotta be fucking warmer. :lol3

Use caution to not be on the actual stages. It's bad PR for us, and instant DQ for you. So you'll want to stay out of any area that looks like it's inside the boundaries of the state forest.

    Stay safe!

Yeah, it's been a brutal winter... ATL hasn't been exactly "normal" but i'm not complaining compared to the guys up north. The pics above are from the FL panhandle - I was lucky enough to get a weekend down that way and the weather was perfect!

So, you need to put gas in it, and, what else? Looks ready!
