The past few Wednesdays I've seen some biker's, more potential ADVers than H-Ders, at the Cocktail Cove in Sandy Springs. Is this "bike night" and I'm just now learning about it?!

Iv'e been on a sat night and let me tell you...that place gets pretty rowdy. Lots of HDs, choppers, and sport bikes...I could see how that place can get out of hand quick! I'm sure it has because I also noticed an ample supply of bouncers on hand. It was like everyone had their own territory. I was the only adv bike there. Didn't care for the food either...really greeazy! Probably would have had more fun if a group of us went. :freaky

Wouldn't it be better to go somewhere where the food doesn't suck?

Just curious because I've seen a couple of KTMs and Vstroms there on Wed. I'm new to ATL within a couple of years anyhow. The wife said that place is pretty shady as well.

So let's pick a place, anybody want to grab some brews one night? I've seen there's a group that meets up at the Vortex but that's a haul for me after work. Anywhere around Sandy Springs? Dunwoody Tavern perhaps? Or even better, let's meet up for a ride then drink some brews.

I'm out of town this weekend, but I think Three Dollar Cafe has the best bar food in Atl. There's two on Roswell Rd. one ITP and one by the river. Better food and not shady!

I always thought Cocktail Cove was where the girls chuck their shirts on Lake Lanier. :norton

The Three Dollar sounds good. Driven by the one ITP several times, but haven't stopped yet. Keep this post alive and let's all meet up one night or plan a ride one weekend.

There is a Cocktail Cove at Lake Lanier as well. The one in Sandy Springs used to be American Pie.

I'll check out the MeetUp club thing and see what they're all about.
