Sargent Seat does NOT honor their 30 warranty. I get to loose 15% ($70) because their cover fitting is such that after 1 hour of riding has creases in the pocket of the seat. As I see it this is an inferior design. I returned the seat because it was not any more comfortable than the stock. They tell me this makes it a used seat and they can not resell it. Well no shit dumb ass. What is the point of the 30 days if they do not expect it to see a few miles. They even told me that on the phone, "make sure you get some time on the seat because we don't want you on a seat you don't like." Well guess what...... Mr. Bane, We have received your returned seat and we are forwarding the photographs our R&D department have taken of the damaged seat cover. Our 30 day return policy states like new condition for a refund on a returned seat. As you can see in the photos that is not the case, therefore we will be charging a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions please contact us. Thank you! also Mr. Bane, Clearly the photos we took show that there is a boot scuff mark on the seat and symmetrical creases on both sides of the seat.
