By the way, got home and tore into the carb... Main jet was almost completely stopped up. Got her back together and running great again. Hate I missed the..... Well, I was gonna say "fun", but I sure did have a right smart of it the night before! Lol

When we heard you were having "KLR issues," we started in with the KLR jokes, then Bob says "wait, isn't that BW's old bike..." We then mused about the awkward situation that must have put y'all in:lol3. Glad it was an easy fix (and not BW's fault)!

ADV riders never get lost, they are just exploring! :D

    Deathwish is ready to roll
    [IMG]

    Y'all wanna explorer that way?

Hey Knightwork... I think the troll is supposed to be UNDER the bridge!!

When you party like Supah, sometimes you just gotta go when you gotta go!!!:D
    [IMG]

Anti pulled off on a trail to show us this little canyon in the middle of nowhere
    [IMG]

Would hate to explore down the trail in the dark and not see the drop off coming...

    Where's Waldo / Knightwork??

We end up in Eupora, MS at a gas station / McDonalds. This is where Anti headed back east and the rest of us headed South... Well after Supah put on a few more layers...

The effort it took should have warmed him up for a few miles... :lol3

As we headed south and entered the Natchez Trace, we rode through snow flurries for a few miles. It was cold. And getting colder. Wanted to get home quick, but too much speed makes the cold worse. It was a great ride, great weekend, etc. Thanks to Supah for the hospitality of his camp, and Anti for showing us some great new roads!!! :lol3

And no mention of Supah wearing his helmet inside and trying to drink beer through his viser... :freaky

No worries, man! As I told Supah at breakfast, if everything went as planned it wouldn't be an ADVenture!

Deathwish and I just thawed out and had a blast!! Crazy cold weather, it was snowing and sunny at the same time on the route down the trace. Supah was a great cook and host, we really ruffed it up there. :rofl We have been talking and it looks like she is going up to a 650cc soon. :huh Brad, I am glad you discovered the gremlin plaguing the bike. It may be time for me to do the maintenance and upkeep session with mine. You cant have an adventure with out adversity!! Loved riding with all you cool guys and enjoyed the experience. See you soon :clap

Sounds/looks like y'all had a great time. But I have to work to have toys, so I watched the adventure unfold from Azerbaijan! And I have surmized that just maybe the whole story hasn't been told! :rofl

Looking forward to getting in on one of these road adventures one day. Have rode with BW and babarnette once and had a great time.

OK, I will be back state side (US) March 1st and heading to the Smokie Mountains (Robbinsville area) March 13-21 for a road trip, if anyone is interested in tagging alone or just meeting up that way PM and I will send details. Will be a mix of cruisers, big HD and adventure bikes. At present looks like around 4-5 committed. All welcome if you can stand a group of Hooligans!!

I forgot this is the breakfast thread! The food at Trace–Way was goos as always. Service was a little slow, but they knew we were waiting on the other group to meet us. BTW Trace–Way serves breakfast until 11:00 on Saturdays:deal.

Anti, I'm sorry we messed up the breakfast plans. I blame Supah and a KLR! I read some great reviews on Traceway before we headed up there... I will eat there one day!

Sat AM was slightly brisk with a wonderful breeze coming from the north:vardy---------Well being with these younger folks just did my heart good --to see them all up and moving at a nifty pace---------( insert picture of young people staggering around --looking for thier ass with both hands:lol3 )---------------at this point the other reports can take over and have showed the rest of the RIDE

HATS OFF to the Lady in our Group for hanging in there and being tough with no complaints about anything:clap
