    You're right
A bunch of stuff was gated off.

    Lots was posted no trespassing.

I'm not surprised though... Everything that was open had the tell-tail signs of wannabe rednecks and trailer trash. In some case (the big open area) it was so bad I would have trapped the area myself if I was the land owner.

No pictures to prove it happened... But there were two gentlemen who put on a pretty nice puddle crossing exposition this past weekend at Prentice Cooper.

HA! Can't believe I let you schmuks talk me into crossing that slime pit. I'm sure my chin dance in the middle of it was amusing. The laughter made it pretty obvious. I spent an hour cleaning mud, water and beer out of my panniers and gear. I had dried mud like concrete in crevices I didn't even know existed on the GS. This is what it looks like AFTER hosing it off yesterday. One thing is for sure. Riding with you guys is never boring. GS mud.jpg GS mud2.jpg

Broke both windshield mounts too on the second get off. Everyone at Pandora asked, "How did you break those?" Ken just laughed.

Thanks for the beer, really hit the spot! I'll second the slick mud, no pics but my bike and gear is a mess too! When are we doing it again...

HIGH likelihood of him breaking a mirror if he has to arrange transportation also...

Better off just treating that one like the stig, just toss him the key, point at a track, road, obstacle, shopping mall, golf course, or child's daycare playground... And just accept the outcome.

Is anyone willing to claim intimate knowledge of the area south of the ocoee, between 411 and 68 in Tennessee?

I'm going to go exploring around there, and wanted a heads up for any particular areas where I might get shot at.

Anybody out there riding this week? My Husky wants to go for a spin like in forest service roads...

Anytime. I am off this week. Tomorrow looks like rain. Thursday? Some nice forest roads. I looked at cohutta area, have never been there. Thoughts?

I don't have the free time during the week for a trip thru the cohutta. That's a 8+ hour ride.

Saturday is more promising for me.

If you want route suggestions for a solo route, let me know.

I've got a house with sick kids at the moment. And a sick wife.

    Best I stay home today.

Plus, I'd have to tie a string to my pecker so I could find it to pee with it being this cold.
