True ADV riders!
Yeah ... that would be my dream when I retire. Touring around, taking my time and stopping to smell the roses!
Murray St. and Turri Rd!
I was like WHOA - that first shot looks just like SLO! Then I saw your location haha.
I own SikMoto, a moto shop in SLO - let me know if you ever need anything!
Wow, that is a lot of miles on that thing.
Is there a story behind it?
no story that I can give
but its a 1970 so you could figure an average of 2000 miles per year
I only do 5000 a year on my truck
im just impressed its held up this long looking as nice as it does
as far as I can tell the speedo and odo are accurate and everything on the bike looks original but for the few changes ive done
Snapped this one while playing my local tag game...might be the last ride on the silver wing. I've got a guy coming up from Miami to have a look..ugh that reminds me I've got to give her a bath.

Oh wow, that's so cool, thank you! I'll stop by once I get this CH150 running again, hopefully in the next couple weeks. I am a fair weather rider only, so I'll be waiting for every dry day I get this winter!
I never even knew there was a shop over there...Really good to know there are other places besides the evil stealership, lol. Speaking of which, can you recommend anywhere local to have my cylinder head machined flat?

^^ That's some hardcore dedication to scooting right there!
Just "the few changes" ??????? :huh
A photo from 1992 at a scooter rally. A serious scooter rider. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8075/8280182140_c951e774fe_b.jpg
Very serious, complete with a Langlitz jacket
This was my favorite scooter, until it got stolen.
Lets here the story with the hot rodded up CT70, I think it would be neat to have a passport with something like a Lifan 140 motor.
