I have a 2003 Suzuki Burgman which has great storage. It also has a Givi rear trunk.
I bought it for my wife and it's too tall for her so it's for sale.

My SYM Joyride 200 evo is pretty huge for space, deep and uncluttered underseat storage coupled with a big flat floor makes for an awful load of stuff. It does 70mph too which isn't too shabby!

Burgman 650 Exec- Had 48 cans of Soft Drink (Soda) in two packs under the seat, but had to pack four of those cans in at the edges so that one carton's corner could be squashed down.

Able to carry a folder of X-Rays home (A3 size?) FLAT in there on another occasion.

Not to forget that larger items (such as a Vacuum Cleaner) in original carton can be bungied on top of back seat.

    . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

If you still need more capacity than the other Burgman, the 400, then I'd suggest that you search for a CargoBike .

CargoBike AS - When you want to load in more than two fullface helmets . . . i.e. loads such as two SUITCASES!

Now one can get a shopping trolley load in under the seat. (Initial production based on APRILIA Sportcity scooter)
It has a storage compartment of 150 liters in capacity, for loads of up to 80 kg

Whoa, that cargo bike looks nifty, talk about native storage. With a top case and panniers you could call it an RV....

Piaggio MP3s have one feature uncommon in the world of scootering (Piaggio MP3 300 shown). Not only does one lift the seat for access to the storage, but there is an additional rear hatch which makes it easier to load & unload the longer items

Sure Footed Triple This tester reported the space to be 65 litres; describing it as long but not deep so that its openface helmets only.

And the 48 litre Topcase (optional) does not obscure this opening, as the following report explains:
