I am looking for a new place to live. Seattle, Magnolia, Interbay, Lower Queen Anne area. My office is at the Fishermen's Terminal.

I have a dog. I need free parking or parking as part of the deal. Can't afford over $1,300 a month. Less would be better. First choice would be a small cottage, then in-law unit, then apartment.

Any leads would be appreciated. I would be ready to move in July or August. Could make it work sooner for the right place.

Have to be out of my current place by 15 Sept. Any leads would be appreciated. Post divorce, credit shot, and bikeless. I need an understanding landlord.

If you could tolerate the commute, looking at something on the Kitsap Peninsula might offer something less expensive than the Seattle area.

    Best of Luck

Congratulations! Worth every penny, I assure you.

Sorry I can't help with a local rental. My kid lives in Renton near the airport and they could use a roomy. If that's close enough then PM me.
