It looks like I won't be making it to the D100 due to the weather over the pass:cry (I was going to ride the KLR in true ADV style) and I don't have studded tires...

So... Plan 'B' is to visit a friend in Wheeler, Or.:freaky Does anyone have some coastal FS road routes for me to check out along the way? I will get to the WA. coast from the Oly area and go south from there.

Hey Sammamish guy. I drove over the pass on April 11th and I could not believe the snow storm, WOW!

Are you planning any rides anywhere, now that it's not snowing?

Good luck, not a whole ton of FS roads on the northern Oregon coast. Mainly highways from the coast to the valley and back. I know of a few FS roads, nothing longer than 20 miles though, some paved some not. And they really don't get you anywhere, but I don't know whether you are looking to take them to get somewhere. What/where are you planning to go and do?

:dog I saw this emoticon - this is very appropriate for the weather right now!!

Today was great for Sammamish: some sun and some hail :-(

I am ready for better weather!
