Sector is out riding the NW at the moment.
Has no compu-access.
... if we can have it Sept 19-21. I'm off to Colorado after that.
Posum and I both have something we volunteered for the evening of the 19th. But we can make it the 20-21!
Hey, so Peterman? Is this on, or not? You said I was in charge, but I think you're in charge (of what, I'm not sure! ) other than cooking super gourmet and eating it? ... and showing up to do both of the previously fore mentioned? Patrick Creek is good since it requires no planning and no recon activities.
Where, what, huh?
You mean,,we should all just bring big fat wallets of money and nothing else,,and stay here?
says they can accommodate 30 guests,,,,
I mean, Panther Flat? :huh I guess its been awhile!
yes to panther flat,,but I ain't cookin pork roll-ups on a fire EVER AGAIN!
Way too hot!:huh
If it were not for the MonkeyClan and a controllable heat source,,the whole batch could have been a disaster!
maybe cook some at yer house the night before,,or bring a generator anna 'lectric skillet!
or pick a different menu item,,,but they are SOOO GOOD!
Better you get to planning,,yer name is on this one!
Borrowing a buddies old airhead so we can slab it down and back in 2 days. This will be our first trip riding two up!
So, to confirm is this...
Sectors Awesome October Camp & Ride Redux
Panther Flat Campground*, CA (Redwood Highway 199, just south of the Oregon Border, so it's not THAT california)
Looks like they take reservations, might be good for someone who is for sure going to reserve at least one site (Not sure I can make it yet, gonna try).
FWIW, anybody going through Cave Junction Oregon to get there should definately stop at Taylor's Sausage, it is the BEST deli I have ever been too. Vegetarians...keep, far, far, away - you won't like it in there
Sure, we can cook some up at my place. How's that for a plan?
Thanks for posting the info. I took a look at their reservation system and it looks like sites #19 and 21 are first-come-first-served. I think we stayed in 19 before. It was plenty big for everyone. One of us (maybe me?) could show up early on Friday and grab it. I can't imagine the place filling up! There is a notice of a water shortage, so availability of water might be sketchy. But there is a creek nearby and Guasquet is a mile or 2 down the road.
Hey, I guess I better check in. Who's (still) in? Next Friday will be here before we know it!!
I'll show if I can get kisses from all the byootyfull wimmen that ride in!
We have 3 dogs that we're stuck with this weekend...
Well, dogs are welcome, too! Just bring extra gourmet dog biscuits!!
Want a fourth? For, oh, 10 or 11 days or so?
Note, he does not come with a bucket of blackberries
NO! I want to ride at some point!
Maybe someday if we have some acreage. I'd love to have 4 or 5 dogs.
