It's a GoProHD. Stuck a mount to Joe's helmet and one to mine, and we just took turns taking footage.

    Hi,
That was a great review! Was most of it gravel type roads? I'm just getting my VStrom up to more "adventure" set up and looking for an easy first "off road" adventure. Do you think a VStrom would handle this one.

    Hi Joe,
Thanks for that. I've have my 2006 Wee from new, mainly just riding to and from work, have put some basic extras on (Hepco & Becker crash bars, headlight protectors, radiator guard, K & N air filter), and are currently makin a stainless steel bash plate for it. I've got a fairly new Anakee II on the rear, and will be changing the front within the next couple months. What do you reccomend for the front for these type roads? I have a Trailwing at the moment that has been good on the tar, but definately not off-road friendly. I've been lookin at the Mtas E-07 for the front or if I can afford it I'll get a Heidenau K60.

    Cheers,
    Mike

I ran E-09s on both front and rear of my v-strom and bloody loved the things!
