Just want to let everyone know of my experience with Barb and Alaska Leather.

I received a buttpad for Christmas. Little mistake in the ordering by my mother in law, it was Black without
a nose strap. and I wanted a charcoal one with the nose strap.
I sent an email to Barb stating that I would like to exchange the pad for the correct one. I also asked her to
let me know what the shipping and extra cost would be and I would pay for it.

The response I got the same day was this.....
I'll get it out today. They can cross in the mail. No extra charge.
    >> Thanks, Barb"

WOW, how cool is that. Got the replacement today.
Thank you Barb you are Awesome.

About to order a new seat pad from Alaska Leather. Quick question before hitting send, what size should I be purchasing for an r100r Mystic?

16" width (from bottom edge to far edge 8 - 12" actual to pad)
    16" length rider seat
    28" total length

I would like to get a single pad that covers the driver and pillion seat.

Just want to add to the satisfied responses here. Fast shipping, great service over the phone, great product. I think I got the goofiest looking sheep in the flock for my natural cover, and everyone loves it!

Lovely peice of dead animal sitting on my Explorer seat now. Very well made, front strap addition was a great idea.

I'm only commuting on it currently but I can tell you I forget the seat is there. Trip to Indy will be the big test but I feel confident based on some short rides.

    Thanks Barb.

I don't post much but felt I needed to post majors Kudos to Barb & her team. I have been a customer for many years and I will be for many more.

Barb cleaned & repaired my well used buttpad for my GS in a week. It's as good as new! It's customer service like this that others should strive for. Folks like myself are loyal to that and where I will happily spend my $.

Thank you again Barb. Look forward to thanking you in person one of these days!

I'm usually just a lurker here, but I thought I would chime in to say that Barb's butt pad has made the rock hard seat of my CBR600 a lot more bearable! Kind of weird to see a sheepskin on a sportbike, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Thanks Barb.

I rode down to Chattanooga Tn on Sept 8th to see the Motorcycle Cannonball riders come through and stop at Coker tire, great time and wonderful machines.
It started to sprinkle as we pulled in so I removed my Dead Sheep from the seat and put it into the pannier. It was actually raining when we left an hour or two later so I did not reinstall my Dead Sheep, wanted to keep it dry.
What I neglected to do was remove the elastic strap that hold the Dead Sheep in position on top of the seat. Went to ride on the 13th and noticed my elastic was somewhere between Knoxville and Chattanooga Tn.

I got on the computer and ordered a replacement elastic strap on Saturday afternoon the 13th hoping it would be here for my big trip next week to the northeast.
It was in my mailbox this afternoon :clap:clap:clap:clap

That's 2 days from Alaska to Tennessee !!!!!!

    You guys rock !!!!!

    Thank you,
    Mike
