    Barb,
My wife ordered me a pad for my GSA for my birthday and I love it. I took it out this weekend and it felt great but what I wanted to especially thank you for was the customer service she received. Mrs. TJ made a point of telling me about the friendly and helpful service she received. Since she doesn't impress easily in that regard so I thought I'd pass on the compliment!

Thanks for the comfort and keep up the good work.

You can get pieces of that thermo-visco tempur-pedic type foam from foamorder.com.... Has anybody tried using a 1" or 1/2" slab of this stuff under the sheepskin????

That's easy-pillion type one will work great on the driver seat. Thanks, Barb

Just wanted to chime in again with how awesome these pads are, even with thousands of miles on them. My dual-sport pad turned my GS Adv seat from a torture plank into a cush bench. Quality is top rate and Barb is a dream to order from. I wouldn't dream of having anything else under my bottom, and when I pick up my next bike the first phone call will be to Barb to figure out the best sized seatpad to get on it. Anything else would be... uncivilized.

    Barb,

I want one for my R1150GS/ADV with low seat (I guess you'll say dual-sport solo), however I ride with my wife frequently(but not always) and also want a separate pillion pad for her. Which size should I buy? :1drink

    regards,
    Mario

A pillion type 2 for the passenger is good. There is a picture of a solo dualsport on my website on a GS ADV so you can see what it looks like. Thanks, Barb

Hey Barb... I just made the run from Anchorage, Alaska to Dawson City, Yukon Territory and back last weekend and had my 16y.o. daughter on the back. The run back was a straight shot at a spirited pace :augie and somewhere around 100 miles each way was dirt / gravel (that brand new TKC-80 you mounted for me last week made the ultimate sacrifice and is now bald as a billiard).

It's been my experience that most of the noise on a motorcycle comes from the pillion. Here's a shot of Nana about 75 miles outside of Dawson. Narry a peep. You just can't put a price on that. :thumb

    Xlnt piece of gear. Thanks!

Ordered yesterday...Frankly, this is the only product I've ever seen on the i-net that doesn't have one single detractor. I figured I couldn't miss.

i'll pile on as well (pun intended). i don't know how i rode any distance without my buttpad. i bought a gel pad prior to the sheepskin and that was a waste of $40+.

plus, your seat doesn't scald yer bits when it's 90+ degrees out either.

    highly recommended.

    Hi Barb,
So, I noticed that for the F650 you only recomend the medum pillon type 3, but the website shows it comes DELUXE ONLY, so I am wondering if it is possible to get one for my Dakar in charcoal (or black) in the Rallye Special variety??

Also, it looks like you need a picture of a F650 on the site. I would gladly take a picture of it for you after it arrives... in exchange :D

The F650 takes a medium for the drivers seat-I have plenty in stock in rally specials. Pillion type 3 is for the the passenger. The newer pillion styles I cut as they are ordered so they cost more (I don't have a stock pile of these) Do you want both driver and pillion? Thanks, Barb

    Oh! :norton ,
I was reading the fitment chart wrong. :doh A medium for the driver seat sounds mighty fine. :dj

Any chance of getting a picture of one on a Dakar?? :D

Not unless you take a pic and email it to me. I don't have a Dakar laying around anymore. Thanks, Barb

$26.95 with your advrider discount, it's not a very tall fence. Are you going to the Lima Rally? I'll let you take one for a smoke test there. Thanks, Barb

Can't make the rally. Headed to Vegas with a few friends. :freaky Probably going to hop the fence next week. At $31.95 shipped it kinda seems like a no brainer. :evil
