    Here's a new one for the people living closer to the mountains or shenandoah region, and a response to an old one. New one: this is around front royal and right next to a village of many, many, many stray cats. <table style="width:auto;"><tr><td><a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/GmIN5OiAaHHgHZra4Z4F7w?feat=embedwebsite"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/_wkvQZCuvIoc/TchmLvIU0zI/AAAAAAAAAU8/ibcUckiVDYQ/s400/P1070177.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From <a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/105949579514588793267/CountryRiding?feat=embedwebsite">country riding</a></td></tr></table><table style="width:auto;"><tr><td><a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/MT05Rg7waEsn74UX0tpOYw?feat=embedwebsite"><img src="https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/_wkvQZCuvIoc/TchmRJRXQBI/AAAAAAAAAVA/VOg-vQxi1gk/s400/P1070180.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From <a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/105949579514588793267/CountryRiding?feat=embedwebsite">country riding</a></td></tr></table><table style="width:auto;"><tr><td><a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/zxaKixQKssLRmcsqWnp-fA?feat=embedwebsite"><img src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/_wkvQZCuvIoc/TchmT8luVtI/AAAAAAAAAVE/fnhHJDE6RJA/s400/P1070182.JPG" height="400" width="300" /></a></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From <a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/105949579514588793267/CountryRiding?feat=embedwebsite">country riding</a></td></tr></table><table style="width:auto;"><tr><td><a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/o9k6kThnxhdq4kDIklmnEA?feat=embedwebsite"><img src="https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/_wkvQZCuvIoc/TchmWtZVyVI/AAAAAAAAAVM/m1mmC7xPnxU/s400/P1070183.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From <a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/105949579514588793267/CountryRiding?feat=embedwebsite">country riding</a></td></tr></table><table style="width:auto;"><tr><td><a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/gg12hdPyPLulSzrkfahzug?feat=embedwebsite"><img src="https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/_wkvQZCuvIoc/Tchmb_FwOfI/AAAAAAAAAVQ/k8VIg3eMoBo/s400/P1070184.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From <a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/105949579514588793267/CountryRiding?feat=embedwebsite">country riding</a></td></tr></table>

Is this a street based version of the "valley dual sport tag o rama “? No problem if it is, just might make it easier to do a double grab in the valley, since the va tag dosent make it up here very often.

So what's wrong with this one? :dunno

    http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=568965

    Didn't see it either?
Your tag is in gravel so you must not mind riding on gravel.
This one is the exact same area.

BTW, that public boat landing was tagged last summer in this tag game and just across the river was tagged last week.

That's the reason I started the Northwestern VA tag. It covers all of the area, and then some, that the NOVA and Valley tag don't. It's a dual sport tag too but 99% of the tags can be reached with a street bike if you don't mind getting your bike a little dusty.

Yeah, the bikes parked on gravel, about two feel from pavement.

I wasn't on this website last summer, so excuse me for not noticing.

Why is everyone taking this so seriously? God forbid someone put a new tag game up- one that clearly nobody is going to play. That's fine. But stop giving me shit over something so stupid- I'd take this post down if it let me.

Don't take it personally. It may sound like they're chewing you a new one, but it's usually just talkin' trash. Generally, it's a good group of folks here who like to occasionally get rowdy with the keyboards. I found that out after I got "chewed" a few times early on. (Check out the first couple of pages on the WV Tag :lol3)

If you're looking for something different, come on over and join the WV tags.

Easy now! :eek1 Sorry if it came off harsh. Really didn't mean it to sound that way.
I was just directing you to something that already existed. If you would rather not take your bike on gravel that's fine. I can understand that.

So...Rules. Got rules? What is the boundary? Since you named the thread "Shenandoah Valley tag-o-rama", all of the Shenandoah Valley is in play? That would be kinda cool. No gravel i presume? What else?

    Anyway, GRAB

    There's the mascot!

New tag. Our little friend has headed upstream to spawn in the Town park.

    Pay attention to this tree...

    with the broken limb
    [IMG]

A little further back. The mascot is hiding behind that tree on the right.
Notice the strip of asphalt the bike is on? That's the end of the asphalt and the beginning of the gravel down to a boat landing. Notice the other material on the ground in front of the tree?

Another shot of the tree looking through the windscreen.

I figured you'd like that. I even got caught in some rain, without rain gear, while moving the tag.
Now pick a name for the fish and make some ground rules, boundary, etc. and post them in the first post. :deal
