Here are some updated photos of my street legal aluminum framed CR500 now that the project has been completed...
2004 CRF450R chassis. 1999 CR500 engine. Ported cylinder, PWK41 carb, Coolhead, CPI pipe, 15/38 gearing (track), 14/38 street.
I was at the drag strip Saturday and though it would be really cool to have a flat track low style CR500 like that to blast down the track. Or even a 4 stroke.
Just one dude with a DRZ dual sport and my DL650.
