Yep, it's gone back to BMW with a frame problem (see other thread).

The wrap was ok, but painting is the best option, as the wrap was starting to lift.

Got a chance to run some dirt on the new Wasser Boxer this weekend. Here's a few pics:

I guess the clincher for me moving from a 2010 GS Adventure to a 2013 WC GS was discovering how easily she'll dip into a turn - damn any plastic preconceptions!!! I've got 8,000 miles on the new bike since May and absolutely love it!! The build on the new bike is phenomenal. My only beef was the windscreen - CalSci fixed that for me :-)

Simply a comment made in regards to the aesthetics of the motorcycle. Hopefully I'll enjoy mine as much as you do yours should I purchase one today. :evil

Nice! Looks like you went for a fully loaded model. Wait until you start playing with all the modes and damping settings. That will keep you busy for awhile.:1drink

and really, the white ones handle best. Love the color (same as mine). the White matches the F800 30 anv I traded in, and the gray matches the 87 K100RS I had.

Thanks Gents! I do believe it to be fully loaded, and too very much love the looks of the motor....And yes, the modes are always fun to tinker with, but riding it up in the twisties far surpasses that! The guys at New Century really did a nice job of accommodating me by having all of the paper work already to go (i'm a past customer of theirs). A NAV V and BMW soft bag later and I was on my way.....Can't wait to get back on the bike, and to visit them for more goodies in the days and weeks ahead.

For the utility that it offers (great overnighter, light enough for daily use, and doubles as a passenger backrest) and it's relatively low price, I love it. I've used one before on my last GS hence the re-purchase.

    Great piece of kit!

I have one as well, and its a great bit of luggage. Unless you plan on leaving the bike unattended, then you have to remove it and carry it with you.
