I see a few have been through my stomping grounds. I need to get out and get some pictures of the back roads. I just got the XRL so maybe I can get out to some of the spots. So I apologize for the mostly pavement pictures.

Originally I had the top bag in front of the other. I needed a gas can, so I put the bag on top & strapped the can to it. The gas can was the heaviest part. I didn't feel anything dramatically different.

    Nice shots, Hanzo.

Even more amazing is that I've never, ever seen a dirty V-Rod...in fact, I haven't seen any V-Rods being ridden anywhere except the local hangouts. H-D should publish your photos.

Any fellow H-D riders give you shit about not keeping the chrome shiny?

    Yo Green,
There are a few that don't understand it. I'm a dirt biker since 1970. I know parts can be replaced & dirt will wash off. It's the people that really like riding the bikes vs admiring the bikes that understand. The people that say, " @ least you're ridin' the fockin' thing", and I get along very well.

    It does clean up well...
