OK, if insist !!
I think there were a total of 12 Tenere's here along with a few XT660R and XT660X:
I see all the whites and the 09s...
Here's the khaki brown...
I like the Khaki brown one, if there would have been one available when I got my white one I may have been tempted with the Khaki, just because it looks like something out of Star Wars
I called Yamaha Motors US today and was reminded that they take product suggestions by written letter as this helps evaluate market interest. It was also curious to note that they had me in the database and were actually able to quote my letter of interest for this bike that I had sent last year. So jump on the Yamaha website, get there address, and fire off a kindly written letter. They are listening, just not from a convenient or widely uesd format.
Thanks for the tip about the letter I will write one or 10 this weekend and put it on the snail trail.
I want one dammit!! I love the Khaki!! Charcoal grey would be nice too.
Is this the proper address?

Have been sloppy with the cam lately, but I'll sure get some action pics in here soon. For now a pic of my well polished love:
Gonna get me something more knobby then the TKC's and head out for some rough trails soon. Said it before but need to say it again; I really really love this bike.

What a beautiful motorcycle!
Yamaha is crazy not selling them in America.
You have to remove the "?v=0" after .jpg when you paste the url. Like this:

Yes, send to the attention of customer service.
Just got mine, and loving it. It is a great bike pretty much straight out of the box. I took it for a little trip into the hills today and had a blast. Great on mountain roads, gravel tracks, around town and on the inevitable highway in between.
I'll be writing a letter this afternoon and keeping my fingers crossed!
TomADV, that look like a beautiful place to ride - where were/are you??
It is a great place to ride. I live in Bergen, western Norway. That pic was about 20 mins from where I live. There are many great places to ride here, with fjords, mountains, rivers, forests, glaciers all on our doorstep. My decision making process of where to go usually is to just point the bike in one direction and go, and see where I end up. The weather is great today, so we will see where I end up.
Not much left of the rear TKC80, MT21 next. =)
