<HR style="COLOR: #575757" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->I'm sorry but I just can't understand why anyone would want to do that to a two wheel vehicle. To me it defeats the whole purpose of having a motorcycle. Putting a third wheel makes the motorcycle inherently less stable for handling, especially while cornering.
Why not get a little convertible instead?
Much safer and probably as much fun!?:ear

I wish I had my Ural when I lived in BC. Only a half million miles of unimproved road up there. He could be havin' some real fun.
BTW The guy cut and pasted the same line on another post....:jerkotroll

Many motorcycles, convertibles, and sidecars later, I can't think of anything very measurable that they had in common. Not even the roof. For a troll, not particularly informed. Maybe read up and try again later. Better yet would be to drive a sidecar.

I have no idea why, but my Ural is way more fun than my convertible.

Sure I'm trollin', but I still don't get it. WHY? Because there are Quads and numerous offroad capable two wheelers. I see no sense in sidecars whatsoever and no I will not be on one EVER:puke1

sounds like you don't get it because you don't want to. You bring a butthead attitude to the table and a closed mind; no point trying to explain it. Lots of ways to have fun on wheels, sidecars are just another variation. If you find yourself in Hood River and want a demonstration of what it's all about, look me up:evil

My wife think's the same way too. She sit's on her side and I on mine. In peaceful harmony I ride into the blue yonder.

If you have to ask, you would'nt understand.
    Safe riding Karl.

Now now -here is a guy who needs love. You may spend the occasional eveniing wondering why you're eating a TV dinner by yourself, huh?

Sidecars, tank-shifting, quads, thumpers, Harleys- heck, even motorcycles in general- a lot of people don't get it. Many riders don't like sidecars. I had one guy who was curious just leave my rig in a field and walk back.

Run what ya brung. Just don't become a politician and outlaw them.

If it was legal for me to ride ON the hood of a convertible AND be in control of it at the same time, then maybe....just maybe I might consider a convertible instead of a hack. But riding ON the hood of a convertible AND being in control of it at the same time is NOT going to be made legal anytime soon....in ANY country. At any rate, it still wouldn't look as cool. Key words here are "RIDING ON". HACKS RULE:clap
