Just bought one. Last hand cannon I owned was a S&W model 29 8 3/8 barrel around 1990 or so. Wish I had held on to that one.
Anyway thoughts on the 460? Ammo is pricey but oh well. Anyone have or shot one?

Very nice. Too much velocity for most metal targets and indoor shooting ranges. Blast to hunt with.

Great for hunting and not bad recoil if you got the model with the muzzle brake. Ive got one as well as a sw500 and find myself lugging the 460 more these days.

    Hand cannons are fun:D

I just have a little 454 Casull. Mix some 45LC in and go shoot it. Gets fun not knowing what will come out next:eek1
