Your kid is layin' it and slayin' it on TGR again! Hawaii! Awesome.
It's great to see the younger generation earning those turns.
Lucas is one of the most genuine, kind, and down to earth persons you will ever meet. So stoked to see him making a career out of what he loves.
He's a fun dude to follow on Instagram.
Is it winter yet? Yes, it is. Hope it lasts. Got out to Tatoosh last weekend. Had to hike in a bit to get to enough snow to skin on.
You guys suck
Dan, and anyone else who'd like to join us, we plan to skin/ski Tilly or Newton on Mt Hood sometime around Dec 31. If there's interest, we could make an overnighter out of it, either on the mountain dug in, or truck camping. Get in touch.
Would love to but I'll be hanging out in St Johns with the misses. Snow cave sounds like fun, take photos for me.
I will be up at Meadows starting the 24th and leaving the afternoon of the 28th (Yes, I have no life) so if anyone wants to ski with a mediocre skier, PM me-I will be parked in RV parking
P.S-The OP is very handsome.....:)
Just another night on the mountain. My part time job for my adventure fund.
Sold my little ranch in November, put everything including all dirt bike junk in storage and headed south to Taos, NM with a season pass December 20th. Kind of lost track but have skied 40 + days so far at Taos Ski Valley, Sipapu, NM, Purgatory, CO, one short day tour on Wolf Creek Pass, CO, Jackson Hole, WY, Big Sky, MT and 10 days at the Yellowstone Club in Montana.
Too many action packed moments to share but this one quick video sums up my winter so far:
Our pray for snow sacrificial bonfire back in Oregon certainly seems to have worked and hope everyone is enjoying this winters' bounty!
Wow, when you go skiing you really go all out!
Looks like fun, best wishes on the rest of the winter. I've been wondering why we haven't seen much in the way of ski photos from you.
I've taken a pass on skiing this winter but hope to get out this spring.
Sounds like Hood is back to normal and Washington too. Full on Chinook here in Montana, probably should've stayed in Taos but so many offers to join friends in mountains up here that I couldn't resist the temptation.
This was a particularly excellent day in New Mexico, very cold and 6-10" of squeaky, fast rocky mountain fluff. You can hear it under the skis. Taos is badass and took me a few days to remember how to ski off the ridge.

2016 Wallowa hut trip is in the books.
Jealous! I love the Wallowas!
We like ski pics, right? More from the Wallowas:
Awesome video! Looked like great time. Next year for sure.
Excellent! Looks like you guys had great snow.
Bump for a great thread.
Anyone out making tracks? How's the snow?
