    I have Monday off.

    I have ten dollars.

If you are in Zac, I would be in as well if you want to carpool.

I can spend one less day in the garage... maybe.

Ok, eff it. I'm in. I'll pick you up. We can talk specifics by phone.

Jeff, should we just look for the JamVan on Monday at 2ish? Main lot or HRM?

Hotness. I will plan on it.

Jamster, can you get me a ticket? Does this discount deal have any effect on rental prices? (I'm lame and sold my gear.)

$10 deal is independent of Meadows Ski Area, so no change to normal rental prices. The tickets are sold only through Hood River Rotary members.
I don't think you can buy them at the mountain at all, unless from a member on the hill.

I'll wait until Friday to buy them from a local,
after checking the weather report at the last minute.

I'll be in the main lot @ Lodge at about 1:30, so WB can rent gear at the Main Lodge.
Which way will you drive, to HR on I-84, or over Hwy26?

So, three $10 Monday Night tickets then, so far.

When I go to Meadows I usually go 84/35. It's a little longer distance but it saves a lot of stop and go and miles of 45mph RapeMe Corridor. But there are a few places in Sandy that rent gear. I've never paid attention, but it might be cheaper than renting from Meadows.

    I think it's this one.

Since the ticket is only $10, I can do whatever is easiest for renting, don't worry about the cost.

I'm glad you have an Element.

Don't tell Zac, but I don't actually fit inside the WRX. My head hits the ceiling. That's the only reason I don't have one.

We can take my Forester too. Not as much room as the Element, but it does have heated leather seats. :lol3

    Actually...
Your Season Pass is NO GOOD at Meadows on Monday night after 4pm :rofl

This is a special Fund Raiser for Hood River's Rotary,
The mountain is CLOSED unless you pay the $10 to Rotary.

    Really.
    Sorry.

If you have not checked out Meadows web site here is what they have!

The Rotary Club of Hood River presents Rotary Night at Mt. Hood Meadows to generate funds for the scholarship program.

Request the day off, arrange for car-pooling, and go ski your heart out for just $10, and for a good cause. This is the major fundraiser for the Hood River Rotary's community service projects.

$10 MHM lift ticket is good from 2 PM - 9 PM (night skiing).

NOTE: This is a special fundraiser that requires the $10 lift ticket in order to ride lifts after the normal 4 PM operating schedule. Season pass holders, 10 Time Pass holders and other prepurchased Meadows tickets are valid Monday, January 18 from normal lift scheduled opening times through 4 PM. If you want to board lifts after 4 PM you'll be able to purchase the $10 lift ticket from Rotary, and support the fundraiser.

I'm sure glad it's green & pretty here, but rain sucks. Especially 30 plus degree rain.
Just snow, please. Well at least until it's moto season again.
