Ever the contrarian... Nice tank, but wtf were you thinking?!?
I heard something about those forks myself...
Congrats on the g/s, Solo. Always glad to have someone else on the board with a similar machine to mine so I can pick thier brains (and hopefully some spare parts every once in a while ). I have a dual, stock g/s seat, btw, in pristine condition except that the tang on the front of the seat that goes under the tank needs to be epoxied or otherwise secured...its a little cracked. I'm interested in the Siebenrock solo /rack set up...so we could talk .
There is also this one, ending soon on flea bay.
Gotta love the G/s
Looking forward to seeing what you do with her.
Here's my baby
Same here. It's a traditional G/s rider cut

:eek1 oh no! I'll have to cut my hair??
corollary: long haired hippies ride R100's?
Go take a bath hippie. And wash your bike too.
When you ride an 80 anything that cuts down wind resistance helps
One more insult like that ... and the thread will end up in Yo Mamma - !
Can you spot the nipple in this picture?
PO just called, he found three sidecovers
Here is my bike in it's new home...

Congrats Solo! I can't wait to see this bike as put together as your GS was (still is).
Oh, 1000cc top end... fork upgrade... graft on a paralever rear end... You know, that sorta stuff.
Hey, that's a good idea... time for a new avitar!
NEVER< EVER on the corbin.... the bike actually has a corbin 2-up that I need to trade for a stocker dual seat....
There are many parts on order already!
