The local flea market in the Rockies Region was very successful, so I figure we should try it here in the SoCal region.

It's always easier to sell stuff locally and save on shipping

Plus I have a bunch of stuff laying around that I would like to get rid of.

Same rules as the main Flea Market Apply, take a look if you need to freshen up your memory on what is allowed and what is not.

UPDATE: Please remove listing once sold. This way only currently available items are visible and there is less junk to wade through to get to the good stuff.

Used a couple of times, but was not impressed by how it worked.

    Good idea Dan!

I have a pair of Fox Comp 5 boots I don't need anymore. Size 11, but feel more like 10.5. $45, pickup in Woodland Hills/Calabasas area.

No broken buckles. There's a quarter-sized hole in the exterior that doesn't go through. Could be glued, but I haven't glued it. See last pic.

I'll take the folding ramp, spot mount and bike stand if you'll accept payment and sit on them for a couple of days until I can get into OC. It's possible I could do it tomorrow.

    Thanks,

    Tim

$120 for the whole set up for Honda CB. May fit other brands and models but I'm sure you can look it up.
    Came off a 1975 CB750. It's a vetta fairing. Windjammer.

Lower fairings are usually $50 -$75 each.

    http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/shoei-vfx-w-large-in-as-new-condition-350-obo.1121834/

For sale is an orange Shoei VFX-W in the Malice scheme that is difficult to distinguish from new. Worn just a handful of times. Never sweated in, never dropped, never scratched, never damaged in any way. Always stored indoors in a bag. Minor scratches from visor adjustment.

Very light and comfortable...easily the best dirt helmet I've ever worn. I just reach for my Hornet every time I go for a ride so this one just sits. It doesn't help that none of my bikes are orange anymore. :)

    Details:
Priced at $250 shipped/obo in Continental US. Will come in original helmet bag.

Pics will be added shortly via Tapatalk and high-res will be available by text or email to prospective buyers. Just send me a PM.

    Thanks for looking.

How to sell the wife on a new bike :

Try this: "Honey! Look what followed me home! Can I keep it? "

"Honey, I just got offered this gig as a product tester for the mc industry. I don't get paid much, but I get to keep stuff. However, for photography purposes I need a 'professional grade' bike!"

"Honey, the new BMW's are amazingly safe and stable bikes. Nobody should risk riding a bike without ABS or stability management. Plus they're super 'green' and whisper quiet thanks to the catalytic converters!"

    Here's what my wife said:

"Honey, you know that new kitchen I want? I get that first, then you get your new bike!"

True story. Just finished the drywall, now doing the wiring!

So I came across this deal. 23 - well, no, now only 8 - new 2015 GS W (no GSA) sitting in a warehouse here in California. Titled, registration paid thru October 2016. All bikes have less than 1500 miles on them. The price ? Unfrigginbelievable. Naturally, I snagged one right away and several ADV'ers have also done so. PM me for more info.

FOR SALE: ADVENTURE READY DR650 - FULLY OUTFITTED, Ultra-light adventure bike!

    dr650-1.jpg

I'm sure we'd all agree that there's a definite gap in the adventure bike segment right now- Finding something with decent off-road capabilities yet still enough power to cover long distances that doesn't weigh 500+ pounds is... well, difficult.

Suzuki's DR650 has been around, in pretty much the same form, for years now and has a reputation for having a bullet-proof, dead-simple engine. It's a sub 400 lb. bike and with over 10 inches of suspension travel, it can handle some serious off-roading, but what about the highway? Enter the modifications installed on this dr (performance mods, more comfortable seat, unique adjustable faring, heat-trollers and running lights, etc.) Everything you need to make the trek to Moab comfortably!

The bike is a '98 and, aside from the fact that Suzki has yet to see fit to change the DR650 in virtually any way for the last 20 years, this particular bike has been recently stripped to the frame (which was powder coated), all bearings and, rubber parts replaced and the engine rebuilt with procycle's 10:5:1, high-compression piston kit. The bike has always been garaged and is virtually new in condition.

Here's a list of some of the Mods/Accessories:

    > Powdercoated frame
    > Britannia fairing with dual halogen lights and adjustable windscreen
    > EBC oversize front disc
    > Stainless steel over Teflon brake lines front and rear
    > Pro Taper Fatbars
    > Zeta Handguards with built in turn signals
    > Fork brace
    > Ridetech Gold Valves in front suspension
    > COGENT DYNAMICS fully adjustable rear shock.
    > Scotts steering damper
    > Trail Tech computer and engine management console
    > Dual LED Running lights
    > Dual Heattroller heated gear plugs
    > LED Voltmeter
    > Uggraded stator
    > Pivot Pegs
    > Procycle 10.5:1 piston kit
    > Mikuni TM40 Pumper Carb
    > Pingel fuel petcock
    > FMF Q4 Muffler
    > FMF High Flow headpipe
    > AMP Case and oil filters guards
    > Skid Plate
    > Extra engine guards
    > Sargent seat
    > Larger rear rack
    > Tool Cannister
    > Adjustable kickstand
    >Featherweight Lithium battery
    >Extra Acerbis 5.8 Gallon tank
    >Original black plastics
    >New TwinAir airfilter
    >New rear tire (not mounted)
    >New DID X ring chain and sprockets (14t, 15t, and 16t counter-sprockets)
    >Oil FIlters (x2)

Asking price is $5,000. Serious offers only please. Might be willing to consider trading for a 4x4 pick-up truck. Thanks for looking! PM more with any questions, or to get more pics! dr650-2.jpg dr650-5.jpg dr659-10.jpg

    image (8).jpeg image (7).jpeg
*current registration not due until Nov, insurance and clear title in my name
    *Acerbis 6.3 gallon tank
*Precision Concepts suspension with stiffer springs and what I believe is an upgrade CR500 anodized shock body. This is the same company that did most of the Pro Baja racer's suspension. It eats whoops and still does good in the rocks.
*Mikuni Pumper carb - I added this and it totally transformed the bike. Way more power and better mileage. This thing gets 50MPG if you're not full throttle all the time. That's about 300 miles a tank!
*Pro Circuit race pipe. I put a quiet core spark arrestor in it because it's so darn loud. I hate loud bikes. It still has so much power I don't miss anything and it's quiet like a stock bike. I also have a sparka arrestor screen so you can run it open if you'd like. It's so loud though...
*Scotts steering damper and shark fin
*XR's only skid plate, case saver, magnetic oil drain plug and oil sight tube.
    *Oversized footpegs
*vented side pannel and Uni filter.
*good high end DID ERT2 X-ring chain and steel sprockets all in good shape.
*Cycra handguards with wraparound guards - the best ones in my opinion.
*Baja Designs dual sport kit. Everything works - headlight (high and low beam), turn signals, horn and LED brake light.
    *rear view mirror
*good tires and heavy duty tubes with one ride on them.
    *factory connection frame guards.
*lots of safety wiring on fasters and spokes.
*welded reinforced right footpeg. This is super important since these are known to break when ridden hard. That would be bad...
    *Pro Moto billet rack
I'm probably forgetting a bunch of other stuff too.

$3,500 firm. PM for photos or questions. Located in Frazier park CA near Hungry Valley OHV
