I bend channal out of 4130 to go around the rear sub frame so the bolt dosent take all the abuse. I also mount in three places so it will help stiffin
the sub fram a bit more.

No I did not tear my seat instailing the racks :rofl I hooked a branch.

With out the stock under fender I make some bushings but it works best with the stock under fender.

That is an excellent setup that gives lots of support to the sub frame. Thanks! When I trash my setup I will make one like yours.

I don't have the 950 racks ready yet I have not had a lot of interest in them so other projects have come first. I do still plan on making at least one run of racks. Hopefully after the new year I will have a better idea of when the racks would be ready.

Groovie, not trying to bust your balls or nothing.
I just know how hard it is to keep a business up and going with all the competition around.

See a need, fill a need.

By any chance do you have a rack set-up for a KTM 950 SE. I have the CJ Rack on the back and was thinking that might be a good place to attach also.

    Thanks,

It sounds like you have made racks for the 950 Super Enduro for soft luggage. If so, can you post pic's and prices or PM me if you would like the opportunity to make/sell another set?

    Thanks,

I've made some pannier rails for soft luggage and a carbon rear rack for light loads--pics attached for a 2009 250 EXCF 6 Days.

After noodling around here is what I came up with, its a two part system. The bottom section looks a bit like Briggs, but his is stronger, powder coated and has a better mounting solution.

My design cuts into about 2" of the rear swingarm travel.

I am thinking a smaller fender only version is in the works.

    Just wanted to share,
