Have a Garmin BMW Nav V unit I just updated, but Garmin Express updated my map from the entire US (lower 49 States) to only the NE map from the entire lower 49 US.

But, now I'm in Arkansas, the GPS mapping is not working (the NE map cut-off is at the TN/AR boarder). I'll have to borrow a computer to remedy this via Garmin Express since I'm away fro my computer, IF there might be a way to do this ...

    Any thoughts?, Anyone?

Well, to be totally unhelpful, with my Zumo 450, 500, and 550, then with my Montana 600, I never left home on a trip without copies of my maps on SD cards, thumb drives, and hard drives, and without some sort of device that I could use to connect to the GPSr, delete the corrupted map image, and replace it with an uncorrupted one. Which I did have to do on more than one occasion. Like I said, totally unhelpful. Except maybe for your NEXT trip . . .

Currently, I'm more than happy to navigate without ANY Garmin device on board.

Thanks everyone! Issue has been resolved. Garmin's OEM support dept. was actually helpful.
