    Hi zoid,

I see from your avatar that you are a dirty old hippie. I'll definitely drop by for Fifth Fest if I'm in town. There aren't many of us around in Nebraska. Plus I hear there's steaks. Can't pass that up now can I? Look forward to seeing you. Thanks for passing along the Nowledge.

    Kindest regards,
    Nebraska John

As much as I like the idea of Sherpa 250's in SA, I prefer to hear mainly about John's adventures in John's thread. Other adventures deserve their own thread and maybe could be linked into this thread.:D

Ok we are done here. Will delete posts in a day or sooner. Sorry JD . See you down south at the Sherpa Rally this fall.

I'm hoping you'll do your own Ride Report since I'm really enjoying your posts. Just takes a minute to get it started.

And deleting your posts on John's thread will only leave it with ragged holes. Don't bother with it.

Now. Don't be confusing schizz with shad. One of them can be a tool. And I don't know shadman. ;) See what I did there?

    Hi Kary,

Personally I like tag team ride reports that show rides from different people's perspective all on one thread. Granted they are on the same ride.

I was really digging your pics. Now that you're in the swing of things I sure hope you fire up another minimalist Sherpa thread here in ride reports.

    Oh well.

Its back to my crummy ride report which is going to be pretty damn boring for a few months without Kary's kickass pics of rural Colombia's roads less traveled.

I'm currently taking a victory lap visiting ADVriders in Arizona before heading back to Nebraska. I'm visiting TrevorHeath and his lovely wife Janet down in Casa Grande. Built a block screen wall yesterday:

and today am stuccoing the back block walls. Trevor wanted to pay me but I told him I don't need money right now, just donate to my ride next fall if you want to. God knows I need to build up my ADVrider karma points by doing some good deeds after all the help you guys have given me over the last six months. They are feeding me like royalty and I'm enjoying the sunshine and warm weather. Trevor and Janet will be taking off for South America next year.

    Best,
    John Casa Grande

Maybe I jumped the gun on deleting my posts , but hey, I came back on here after lunch and thought I might see a " hey thanks for posting the great pics" and instead see something similar to " beat it " followed by a +1 it was just a knee jerk reaction on my part. After all, I would never have began RR 'ing on Johns thread without his explicit invite to do so a few posts back. This is something we also had discussed in person. So I am sorry for trying to keep the thread alive with some SA Sherpa reports. Some of you will say "start your own RR" and maybe there will be one. Schizz I will send you the link when /if it's up. In the meanwhile I will continue to contribute to ADV as I have in the past. Currently I am working on a Colombia Hotel info post. Soon a Gpx file will be up to accompany the other info.
For those that I have offended by posting, and those who are disappointed by posts deleted, Sorry man. It's just pictures and stuff.
RTW Paul, Thanks for all the posts you put up, your border crossing info was a big help. Big respect for the rides you do. Hope to meet more riders as we go along.
Mods feel free to mop up this post as you see fit. Por Supuestro !

    Hey there everyone!
I was enjoying the extension of the report from another rider.

Hey John, I got a really good pic of you leaving our place in Uverito Panama. I just got to figure out how to post it :huh

My son and I are stoked about leaving on our trip on the 1st or 2nd week of November. I am taking my 05 GS1200 and he has got a sweet 08 Honda 650 with a few extras for a long drive.

Just wanted to say thanks for all your tips in your RR and the in person ones at my shack on the beach.:ear

    Thanks bud.

Ps,,,,,,,if someone would pm me on how to post a pic it would be appreciated.

    Hi Phil,

If you email the pic to me I'll post it. I never check my email but just did and noticed you emailed me ages ago about this. Sorry I didn't get back.

Glad to hear your ride south is still on. You guys are going to have a blast. Thanks for everything.
