I won't be able to make Stagecoach due to work (again).

But, there should be quite a few riders from the MTF forum (among others) meeting up at Streets Seafood Restaurant (251 US-31, Bay Minette, AL 36507) at 6:00 PM on the 29th.

I'll be riding over for that.

I've been poking around to southern part of the homochitto NF and think I have a good gravel route through there. I will try to string it all together Friday and would love to have some company in this endeavor. I have no clue how many miles it will be, several hundred ish. I'll be on the 990 and it will not be a smell the roses kind of pace. the weather is forecasted as very nice, so break out your gravel weapon and join in. we need to leave rigby farms by 09:00 and hope to be back the same day! any of yall southern boys(calling nano) could meet us at the five star staton/store on hwy 84 at Meadville around 10:30

I'm in Hattiesburg with my DR650. I'm also a midweek rider, when possible. Sometimes weekends 2up. Be happy to meet and ride if I can. I've ridden with ADV5110 (99% sure that's his username), he's also from around my area. Great guy. I'm a nightshift RN so my hours are somewhat odd.

Sounds temping but already have plans.

Glad you're healing up well. Like you said, "getting better by the day" and It's the same with me. It seems as if I've lost all my patience with these crutches, I just want to walk like a normal person again. I've been planning on repairing my bike and I think I'll start this new project soon.

It was exactly what you'd expect. We did get a decently muddy ride in though.

    ...I need new tires.

I'm tentatively planning a trip down to Homochitto NF on Monday. Taking a day off from work to go ride since its gonna be warm and no rain (as for the forecast now). I'm gonna leave Madison around 7 am and head down on the trace and backroads. No real plans but to head down that way and try to make an 8 hour day of it. So, if anyone wants to meet me somewhere down there and ride gravel for a while, just let me know. Like I said, no solid plans right now, just starting to think about it. Love that area though. Taking the kids this weekend to camp at Clear Springs.

While I'm down there, I may run over to Okhissa. Never been there before and just want to see it.

Anyway....let me know if anyone is off work and wants to ride. By the way, I've got a brand spankin new Tiger and not interested in dropping it or wrecking it acting like a fool. I usually just take my time on gravel and sight see. Not a speed demon or hard core rider. So, I probably can't keep up with any of you "seasoned and experienced" riders down there! :muutt

Homochitto is only about 30 minutes from me, if I can get my oil leak fixed this weekend and get off on Monday I'll link up for a little while. I'm slow also
