Tellico Adventure Trail ride report, continuously updated...
I'm coming up to Boone from Fort Lauderdale in a few weeks. After a couple days there I have to make my way to Tellico Plains, TN for the Hootenanny. Does anyone have a good source for working out an off road/forest service/gravel road route? I have tried working from the FS maps online but that is a really difficult mission! Anyone tried or done this route before? Looks like Pisgah, Nantahala and Smokey mountains parks. I appreciate any input, weather smart ass or legitimate.
Maybe a bit too far East for you, but I rode Pisgah last September and had no plans, just trying to find an interesting route.
What I called the Pisgah Dirt Dragon is a nice northern heading route into Pisgah.
