My money is on Lakota, I guessing no award for him...
Toad is grinning because it wasn't his bike
if I were only 64 I would be a young man
I was the first fall of the class day and had 3 others later. Dorito was my buddy lifter on the last one. Toad's fall was spectacular.
Class is very good although very tiring at the end of the day. Fortunately for me Dorito and Blaster have been me providing taxi service.
the BMW facility is about 6 miles from the hotel.
trying on bikes for size
the guy in the Stich behind Dorito dropped out at lunch time - was having a hard time.
Have fun SMIBs...........remember, BENGAY is your friend
Pictures of you were posted on the Training Center's Facebook Page.
Another fabulous day today!! Marty (Lakota), Dana (Dorito), and myself decided to take advantage of the full ride day tomorrow so that will make a third day of riding with real roads, with both asphalt and gravel. Pictures will follow later tonight after dinner.
Thanks to everyone who participated and a big thanks to the instructors I really had a great time, oh and I am still smiling .
Thanks for sharing with the SMIBs!
That's me on the Husky 450.
this is a great class - worth the expense.
I got the whole hill incident on video!
So what did you think about the light weight dirt toy???
maybe I should bribe you not to show it
Pictures added to post 3 (day 2)...enjoy!!
It will probably be a few days before I get the video posted since it is Alan's camera and I don't have the software for editing...files are LARGE. Honestly it would take a little getting used to after 2 days of putting the big bike through the paces. I think we all have new respect for what the big bikes are truly capable of doing.
What an absolute blast. The instructors were absolutely awesome. We learned so many valuable skills. Thanks Bruce for starting the ball rolling on this.
You guys were a WHOLE LOTTA FUN!!
Thanks for coming. Hope to see you again soon!
Someone needs to make that pic Blaster's avatar.
Have fun on the ride tomorrow. I wish I could make it. Although, I'm kinda glad I can't cause I am just beat.
The really, really good thing about living on a pennisula is lack of hills. Even after expert instruction, a demonstration, this is SMIB-style hill attack (Lakota on Right, Joints4Sale on Left)
It's a video, so click on below.
