What happened to taking it easy and riding around in the yard for a while?
My foot fit in a boot.....mmmmm it was Dave's fault......yeah that's it Dave's fault!
That's great! How does the foot feel?
I'd hate to see you take one step forward and two back. If you re- injured your foot now, what would happen to all your summer plans?
^^^ What he said... Besides, you could hurt that DRZ too.:huh
Glad you had fun in the woods.
Actually it feels fine, no worse than at the end of a work day. I am going to take it easy and prop it up for the evening just in case.
They would most likely be FUBAR'd but at some point I have to reengage and get my skill set back up. Don't worry Dana can still go to Canada even if I have to follow along in the Jeep and carry everyone's kit.
Hey Lakota, Isn't your B-day around now?
^^^ that would be a sight.
That you will never see!
yup = today
Well then....Happy Birthday
I think he should buy himself a new F700GS to celebrate!
Happy Birthday Marty!!
Are we doing lunch, dinner, or early dinner? We only have two votes, one for dinner and that is from VACommuter and one from Dave for Lunch so step up and let me know what you want to do. Saturday the 16th of February is the date.
Happy birthday Marty!
Sat on one of those new 700's today, seemed sweet!
I vote for a 1200 riders up at Eagle Bay (weather permitting). 1600 at the Crab house?
BTW, there is a slight chance of snow in the forecast...
So another great day out at Eagle Bay riding single track today. The weather turned out to be perfect...a bit cool while getting the bikes and our selves ready, but once you hit the trails everything warmed up quick.
Just in case you haven't seen the magical ruby red slippers, here's Blaster's before picture
And after...not so clean and pretty now
Today we stuck to the 2 mile loop. Using the Delorme, he's how the first 2 laps mapped out.
It was good getting Blaster back out on the trails...for the most part he behaved...Just to prove he got out there I got a couple videos
2 mile loop crossing the second bridge

I tried to get some video of Blaster on the uphill, but he was moving too damn fast :huh
All I got was an elbow
2 mile loop weaving through the trees near the end

Not sure what the big snapping sound was when Dorito started up, but I bet she's glad she had bark busters
All in all a great day riding...
We did discover something interesting about Dorito and her helmet...apparently she has never ridden with it when it's been sunny out....
(all videos included are from trusty cell phone...though a GoPro camera was used, it currently exceeds the skill level of the operator to transfer video )
Fixed! Thanks for filming Dave-O. I think the last location looks like one we should try again.
Awesome Dave....thanks for the pictures and video. I like the track/satellite view. I may be a bit biased but the DRZ sounded good pretty good coming out of the mud hole!
