Looks like a fun track. Is it VStrom friendly? :lol3

Little of both would be nice-I'm on a KTM 950 shod with Heidenau knobs at the moment. And I'm a dirty hippie from Cali so I don't know my way around yet. :D

As for time, I'm thinking around mid-morning. It's too damn cold around here for much earlier.

The later the better for me. Yes it's cold in the AM and I don't like it when there is still frost on the road. I was thinking about pulling the RT out of hibernation tomorrw but I won't want to take it off of the pavemet. I could take the KLR. I will PM you my phone number.

Well, A19 and I had a nice little spin around today. About 100 miles, a few (and I mean a few- maybe 15? 20? :D) snowflakes, a little bit of country, a little bit of town, and generally a good ride.

Thanks for playing tour guide (and for lunch) Rick. Looking forward to many more rides as the weather warms up. :freaky

It was good to meet you Feike, Here is a map showing my GPS track from today. Will be much more fun once the sand (and snow/ice) is gone from the back roads.

Oh jeez, I take those roads all the time. I'll have to try and make it next time.

Nice loop. It looks like you took a side trip to the ORV Park at 7-mile. How's the snow out there?

That's a pretty good route. I like taking Palouse highway from the South hill to the Valley.

Hey curious if any of you Spokane folk want some of those tractor manual tubes?

I'm sure you guys know of them, but they fit the 1 liter MSR cans pretty perfect, great for storing tools, first aid kits, whatever.

Shipping for 2 of these guys is $15 though, and for $10 worth of items I feel robbed. Shipping for 20 of them is only $25... So figure if anyone else is interested we can get a group buy on these things and save on some of that shipping cost.

How much are the tubes themselves?

They're only $5 each. I'm thinking about picking up four, but shipping is $18.

Sweet, we'll get a list going. Go ahead and pm me with how many you want, and I'll wait until the weekend to see how many folks we get and how much it'll be. Anywhere from $6-8 each after shipping depending on how many.

You might check with your local tractor dealer. I found them in stock at the local dealer here in walla walla. I can't remember how much they wanted for them.

Place out in cda was trying to get $10 per. Figure it's cheaper if we group order, but either way.

By the way, the folks over at badweb clued me into a giveaway. Go ahead and take a look, they're giving away a $800 shock for Facebook likes, I'd appreciate a like if you've got the time.

Enjoy riding along the Spokane River in Post Falls on Riverview Dr.?

Enjoy listening to the music of Alice in Chains?

If so, this should go down nicely....just some fun I had one day with a Drift HD bike mount cam and some editing software.
