I'll hitch-carrier the KTM down with my van, which I'll sleep in--and laugh at you in the morning as you scrape frost off yer tent. :D

    Excellent!!

Look at that....up in the top right of the pic....
He's got his first KTM, and it's used even,
...but he still buys the Liquid Gold Motorex oil for it at $18/litre :1drink

.....and your first bike was a KLR? What's up with that?

I'm guessing you're expecting a long relationship with this bike :nod

Just thought I'd throw this out there if there are any ladies thinking they might like to go to this and don't want to be the only estrogen unit in camp. I will likley trailer down and bring the dogs with me, as long as it looks like the weather isn't going to be horrible.

If it's significant other that is holding you up, then bring her!
Mustangshelly decided yesterday that she was coming, but....
"I am NOT sleeping in a fuckin' tent by the river at freezing temperatures"!!

So she's gonna bring our big red cave,
and she's hoping more women/wives will show.
I think she might bring the Hooligan Hounds and no bike.
But, as always, she reserves (demands?) the right to change her mind :1drink

That does not sound like an "IN" at all :ddog
edit: OK, I saw your "IN" a few pages back.
Bring whiskey, and you can make fun of me all you want :nod

Yep, Karen is in and her plan is to A: enjoy the heater in the camper:D, B: walk Tascha, C: NOT ride with me:lol3, and enjoy the company around the camp/fire:clap Not necessarily in that order.

Sounds like a relaxing weekend, regardless of order.
There will likely be no order around the campfire :freaky

IN list??? That sounds like order :huh
Back in the States, and already planning your next vacation?
I'll bring the brown bottle of candy flavored elixer

    Nice new bike Scott!
Who the f*#k cares if you nod off at camp as long as your still drinking and paying attention!
Looking forward to riding with you hooligans again this year!
Whiskey or Captain Morgans? That is the only essential question!!!!

I won't be making it out this year. I promised my kid a Spring Break camping trip that she's holding me too and I don't want her around hooligans like you people until she can put more power behind a swift kick to the nuts.

So somebody else is going to have to superman themselves into the juniper and cow pies this year!:p3rry

I'll have a little whiskey for breakfast and wonder who's sleeping in the river this year.

    Hmm . . . well, maybe . . .

Gotta get my house together now that I've retired for the second time and move back closer to God's country. Too damn many years on the wrong (right) coast . . . . :cry

Depends on weather, and what's the situation at home.

Most of y'all seem like dirt bike guys, though I did see a big Katoom in the photos. Big bike friendly? I'd prefer to ride the GS down if the weather's even close to reasonable.

AppleJam and Maxacceleration rode into camp last year. One on a 990ADV and one on a BMW 650GS Twin. If the weather isn't too bad, that's a good way to go. There's lots of possibility for clear skys on the East Side, but it's the cold that'll get ya if your not careful. There's lots of room to explore on easier roads, and for some riders I think that 2 track and better is the best bang for the buck.

In fact I wouldn't mind checking out the Hole in the Ground maybe this year - If I bring a street legal bike.

Plenty of riding for big bikes. Dirt, pavement, loop rides, etc. If it snows, well, that's what the campfire is for:D For most of us anyway:lol3

Well, now that I'm out here, I'll try to make if the weather's semi-acceptable and I can get a kitchen pass . . .

And I gotta read the thread more carefully and figure out just which campground y'all are talkin' about!
