So my local KTM garage can't reproduce this, yet I can pretty much every time. What do I tell them to look for? Bike's got 43000 miles. Bike in gear, clutch in (as if waiting at stop lights), an audible squeaking noise and a sensation of sticking/releasing when actuating the lever both in and out. Happens less / barely if the bike is in neutral. Fluids all fine. Actual operation of the clutch is fine. I'm just wondering if this is a warning. Sound appears to be coming from the left hand. I personally think it's the seal on the master cyclinder but I'm told it's fine... In a perfect world I'd strip it all myself etc etc, but I don't have the time or space.
