Stock battery not good?

    I recently bought this '08 990. Stock battery. Still starting bike well except this am after camping out in 25°F . Jumped off fine and was good to go from there. First no start. Guess it it is about time though.

    Sounds about right. They tend to last about 2 winters in my experience. Swap it before it lets you down proper. Beware of cheapo replacements, ok for the summer but bag out first sing of sub zero temps.
