NOTE IM NOW OFFERING A $1000 REWARD NO QUESTIONS ASKED (803)-394-9198

    VIN: JKAKLEA115DA13132

My motorcycle was stolen this morning from 7am to 12pm. Near Harden St at the top of Five Points. I was prepping for a cross country trip and have gotten my life ready to the point that I can get on the road!!! I feel like my own child was kidnapped and any knowledge or donates of motorcycles will be graciously received.

That sucks man. I hate thieves. I was a victim of theft years ago; it's a terrible feeling. You just feel violated.
I wish you luck in the return of your KLR.

Are you sure it didn't get towed?? I had that happen once. I woke up and my bike was gone. I called the police to report it stolen and they knew it had been towed by this particular apartment complex.

Yeah it was gone! Not towed! You know those times when you don't see your bike and then you realize you are parked one row over or the big truck completely hides her from view. This time I walked out and knew it immediately. There just wasn't any other place for her to be but where she wasn't.

The swing arm has a wave pattern drawn on it with big marker. The front brake is EBC oversized rotor with a custom welded bracket to fit a twin piston ninja brake on there.

I could recognize every scrap and scratch on the bike. if anyone comes across anything weird please let me know.

uh o man that sucks. sorry for your loss.

do craigslist searches and look on ebay for parts.

Simply doing that is 10x the amount of effort the police will do.

Is that a bulk bag of carrots on the back?

Frey I hope you get your bike back soon. I remember that sick feeling when my truck was stolen. Thinking I may have been a row or two off I walked around and realized it was gone.

That sucks! I will keep out for it. I doubt they are stupid enough to ride it around but I will take a ride around to look for it. Good luck!

The image was made today; does this mean you recovered the bike?

Am I the only one who doesn't get it?

Right by the river eh? Guess your closer to me than I thought. Went riding around for a couple hours through all the neighborhoods near me looking for your bike. I will go again tomorrow and look on "your" side of the river. Gives me a good excuse yo ride slow while I'm breaking in my bike. ;)

Get out there and look. Ask a lot of questions. Find out who the thieves in town are. I've found a couple stolens and usually when they see the heat is on, they drop it like a hot potato.

Good point. It's rare for the pro's to snag a KLR. KLR's are usually taken by punk joy riders.
