    I had an 04 SV650.. def. lot of torque and super fun bike!!:thumb
    for the city even more fun than the TL1000, things start to get close scary fast.. :D

    i would love to make a street fighter as i dont like the riding poistion of sports bikes it would be a cheap build in my eyes fit mx bars and a new headlight and keep the sub frame untouched so i can still go 2up

    Heres my work in progress...No fearing with the LSL fat bar this thing is 10 times more funn. Just got to get the headlight & brackets setup and couple other things...got the whole winter :D

    That looks great.

    Are those forks off F-series ZX6R? Did you use stock triple clamps? Any modifications required?

    EddyB they are off a Kawi but I don't recall which one. Stock naked triple clamps with dirt bars.
    She is a blast to ride.

    2002 Superhawk, bought with the intent to build a naked/standard/streetfighter.

    Next one I want to do is a 2008 or later CBR1000RR, I know it's been done, but that doesn't make me want to build one any less.

    Did you have to shim the calipers or did brake rotors on stock wheel just went straight in? Is wheel axle the same diameter on both SV and kawi? Did you have to make new spacers to center wheel between new forks?
