Finally mounted the Stroker Wheels on my r1150 rt hannigan rig. Went on nicely once I figured out the 1100 1150 speedo drive difference with Dave's help. What a dream . I also installed an EZ steer at the same time . It definitely needs a damper btween 35 and 50 with hands off the bars but is rock solid over 60 . next project .
    Thanks Stroker

The tire isn't really that much bigger But does have more contact patch. It has more grip especially noticeable on dirt roads. like I said it will need a damper but at speed it is solid

My GS doesn't seem to need a damper but I have a different steering mod but I love the bigger contact patch.DB

Skutter, the wheels look great on your RT rig! But more important, I glad you like the way they work. Hope to see you again this summer somewhere on the dusty trail.

How about some more pictures of your setup - showing sidecar.
    Which Hannigan do you have?
Did you get rear wheel on Bike from Hannigan?
    What size is it?

    Thanks,
    Duncan

The Wheels are Advantage Wheels from inmate Stroker. Worth every penny. The front is a 135-15 and the rear is 165 80 -15 . The hack is a Hannigan Classic and I have installed the Hannigan EZ steer trail reducer.
I really like the way this rig handles with these wheels and tires. I just took it out and the steering damper does it's job perfectly. No wobble or head shake at any speed . I will still check my toe in as soon as I pick up the Alum angle straight edges at my friends shop.
Sunny and 42 degrees F a great day.

Nice job on the dampener fabrication and installation. I like the heim joint application, and as you have found it doesn't take much to eliminate the head-shake.
