    Well on the mend thanks, see the surgeon for an X ray on Tues and I hope I'll have a green light to start riding again. Will be commuting on the bike again next week for sure tho'.

    My plan is to be there at the North Wales weekend, and I'm a lousy spectator!

    Did that myself in Morocco four weeks ago. Sand is tough. I've organised a lesson in Dubai next week to learn how you're supposed to do it.
