There will be a bunch of tags, go get as many as you can in 8 hours. No dropping of new tags and same tag can be grabbed by multiple people. The challenge is making the most efficient use of time. This is a charity motorcycle Scavenger hunt, also known as a rally. The concept is simple. On the day of the rally, all riders will meet at a location, at 60 Readington Rd, Branchburg, NJ. Each rider will be given a book with bonus locations. Each bonus location is worth some amount of points. You have 8 hours to ride to as many bonus locations as possible, and either take a picture or answer a question and get back to the starting point. This is not a race, your mileage will be checked and there is a 400 mile cap on mileage to make sure there is no unwarranted speeding. All riding will be within the state of NJ. All bonuses are related to NJ and the history of our great state. There will also be several themes, music, tourist traps, history, odd sites, etc. NJ has a lot of cool stuff within the borders. Every participant will receive a T-Shirt and Rally Towel (a towel with the logo of our rally and a number. This towel must be in all pictures.) Top 3-5 finishers will receive prizes and trophies. All you need to participate is a motorcycle and the willingness to have fun. The only extras you will need are a camera (cell phone camera is OK) a pen or two and some place to put them (backpack, tank bag, saddle bag). This is not a long distance rally. There is no minimum mileage, only a max. The rally is being conducted under the Uniform Rules of Team Strange, http://www.teamstrange.com/uniform_rules.htm All proceeds benefit Eddie's Road, http://www.eddiesroad.org/ for at risk youth. All T-shirts, rally towels, trophies and prizes are paid for out of pocket. Every dollar from rally will be donated. No overhead! This is all for fun and for charity!
