cool - good luck with getting a new one .. looking forward to it
Yah! My supersaved (order early Nov) Powershell is being delivered on Monday.
Too bad it's 22 degrees out and snowy here in Cincinnati.
Did you get an email from Teiz? I also ordered at the same time (super saver) and have not heard about delivery yet.
Nope, and the order status page doesn't show anything either. I missed the DHL delivery on Friday, so it is scheduled for Monday. It needs to be signed for.
DHL delivered my powershell yesterday, and I'm very impressed with the quality and construction of the suit. My only gripe is the ankle adjusters; I can see myself inadvertently catching a foot peg with them.
I'll get some pics posted up later.
I think it's a little big.
Don't worry, you'll grow into it.
I'm looking at gettin a Lombard suit, question is this suit the most versitile for riding in NC,TN,GA,SC all year round. How do they handle 100 degrees? I know is subjective hot is hot, but do they flow well?
Air flow is excellent for a non-mesh product. Like you said hot is hot - but this thing has the best ventilation system you will come across. The benefit is that you can close the vents when the temps fall.
If air flow is your primary concern that i suggest our mesh options - Mojave & Air Shell.
That would be very nice in the hot climate I ride in, but with the thermal liners what is the temp range down low for the suit with liner. I do have a heated liner too. I guess what I'm looking for between the two, which one would be better suited for year round riding in these part of the US, NC,SC,TN,GA VA, and W VA? I have a better tolerance for higher temps that lower.
Please post a grown-up pictures ASAP
Folks the Super Saver program is discontinued and there will b no more discounted offers.
anyway there is a lot more in store for 2013 - new suits - new colors etc. stay tuned and post photos
Speaking of Super-Savers, order #AB-1200, placed 10/31/2012 has yet to arrive (?)
Yesterday it was 72 degrees here..not quite warm enough for air shell, so on with
the Lombard, but.......
it has shipped - should be there in the next 2/3 business days.
I live in N. Georgia and have to say the Lombard is my go to suit. I wear it year round and and yes in the summer when it's hot it's hot. Though when moving it cools as good as any textile suit and the overall protection is worth the discomfort when stopped in traffic.
Thanks wolftrax, yeah !! your weather is about the same as mine, hot and humid. Say in the winter do you go electric or layer up? and do you have the witer liner?
My zipper jacked up yesterday. It split open (open on both sides of the zipper pull).
I'm thinking it got pinched from me gripping the tank with my legs. I've been noticing sometimes it'll get bunched up at my knee when riding and when I squeeze the tank it digs into my inner knee.
Took forever to get the zipper straitened out and working again. Sucked.
This is only about 350 miles of wear:
That's the fabric that separates the zipper from my gas tank.
In the winter I just zip in the liner and wear the Lombard over my street clothes. Good to around 25. Any colder than that I'll put my electric vest on. I have Klim gear, Tourmaster, and miscellaneous other gear and I'll be damned that 9 times out of 10 I'll grab the Lombard.

Southwade, just curious, have you mentioned this to Teiz or to Ghazi or just posted it here????
Just here, I guess tagging him with it would be helpful. I figured he'd see it though. He seems to post in here fairly often.
