Beautiful downtown Muleshoe, across the street from the police station.
Right up the road 30 miles and had no idea.......doh
I know. It's such a tourist Mecca too.
I know that stop. Too bad I went up to CO and rode a bit on Saturday.
Yep, first sign of civilization south of Umbarger. Not sure about the tourist mecca, but it was very popular before all the counties went wet. Drove over there from Plainview to buy beer back in the day.
Got to be a hundred other main streets not much deferent in the Panhandle.
I had it pegged as Sunray.
Tagged it. 97 degrees trying out cool vest. Helps a lot. Know it lasts 2 hours anyway. Was still damp.
New one........Replica of the tallest one in the world. I don't know, but was at least the tallest on southern pastures of the XIT ranch
Should no be too hard to find.
It's an easy find.
Waiting on new tires....just getting to do some maintenance in the meantime.
I knows where/what it is.
Littlefield, north side of town just west of 385. That's the RR depot to the right of the windmill.
Or this one if you want a bit more adventure.
You got it. The original was located 10 miles or so SW of Littlefield on the (at that time) south pasture of the XIT. There are a couple of historical markers out there. One for the windmill and one for an old indian camp/trading spot called Casa Amarillo.
Nice ride out this morning
It's a picture of a picture....no charge on phone....GPS no Bluetooth
Or does it?
That works for me.
Not sure how easy this one is?
