Be careful down there in the big city.
I promise! Thank you!!
Boom, old gas station in Turkey.
Here's your new one.
Know that one. Barely in our boundaries
The BBQ place at the west end of Turkey was very good.
Got go try it . And the pie?
I had pulled pork and sliced brisket with Texas caviar, potato salad and beans along with cherry cobbler and ice cream. The pork and brisket were great, the cobbler was very good.
Just wanted to let y'all know how much I'm enjoying all this even if it's unlikely I'll get to play. I'm a little surprised how many places I can identify (that last one rhymes with "jail", right?) and how many more at least look familiar. I've crossed the Panhandle more than just a few times, even overnighted up there more times than most folks I know. I almost always manage to explore some when passing through, and have seen wonderful sights and met a lot of great people, and y'all have done a great job of reminding me of those, and that there's still plenty for me to see.
DAMN! I have a picture of that structure, but my bike isn't in it! I pass by it at least once a year...
In Round Rock now, visiting daughter. We went to the Harvest Classic in Luckenbach today. Lunch ar RBar & Grill in Marble Falls. Fine pulled pork. Dinner tonight in Hutto at Texan Cafe, “Elvis” pie. Good day in your part of the world!
Hmmm, no short cut to get there, from here
Nice ride through Paducah. ...supra singly buggy out today
What da hell?
Were you shadowing me?
No, it's only a half mile from my house.
Hey guys when you make the tag, please let everyone know where it is. Might even add a little bit of something interesting about it.
I know the jail, but not the plane.
My bad. It sits on the NW corner of the VFW hall a block east of beautiful downtown tulia.
Here's the new target.
