Big thanks to the owner of the blue BMW K1200LT who loaned me the vice grips:beer

My clutch cable broke at the transmission, and I hadn't received the tool kit I ordered for my new (to me) bike, so you saved me a clutchless ride home.

I returned them to where you asked me to drop them off with interest. Since your vice grips were pretty worn and rusty I also got you a new set. I don't know if you're on ADV, but thanks a lot!:clap

I hope he sees this, because you're the type, I think, we all are. Tight spot, someone helps, and you leave it better than when you left. Glad you got back on the road! Safe travels.

I always carry small needle nose vise grips which are useful for lots of stuff, including broken cables. Lets see: Gorilla tape, hose clamps, cable ties, and mini visegrips. Can't be any more to add to that list.:D
