If that's the best they can do, this will be their last series.

Driving back from VA I searched the AM band for any talk radio and the first time it stopped was on a DC station.....and Jack Edwards was on :clap:clap:clap

I'm going to watch this power play and then I'm going to bed. If the Coyotes score, I'm going to bed even sooner. That was a stupid hit from behind.

    Edit:
    Goodnight.

Little David was in his 5th grade class when the teacher asked
the children what their fathers did for a living. All the typical
answers came up -- fireman, policeman, salesman, etc.

David was being uncharacteristically quiet and so the teacher
    asked him about his father.

'My father's an exotic dancer in a gay bar and takes off all his clothes
in front of other men. Sometimes, if the offer is really good, he'll go
out to the alley with some guy and make love with him for money.'

The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, hurriedly set
the other children to work on some colouring, and took little David
aside to ask him, 'Is that really true about your father?'

'No,' said David, 'He plays for the Vancouver Canucks but I was

too embarrassed to say that in front of the other kids.'

Oh, that just doesn't get old. :lol3

I have a really hard time giving an F about tonight's game, but having been on the road for a week, the Bruins game tomorrow is on my must-see list.

    Blues/Kings should be epic.

Coyotes/Preds... I dunno. I tend to give a decent edge to the Preds.

You didn't say who you're picking between the Blues/Kings?

I'm going Blues but I have to say, the Kings have surpised me in many ways. My heart says Blues. My head says, "not so fast."

I think the Preds, after they way they showed themselvs against Detroit, are going to be tough to beat. I like the play of the Coyotes, too, but I think the Preds have a bit of an edge, and he spends his time in the blue paint.

Being a Flyers fan you can imagine how I feel about the Devils. Even people from New Jersey don't like the NJ Devils.

    Go Panthers.

But first the league is making me wait until WEDS to see Boston/Washington game. Those barstards. I have a feeling that will be a great game. I pick Boston. Let the record show.

He's not so bad. Better than listening to Micky Redmond.

I don't ever need to hear "Between the Glass" again, though.

Pierre needs to get his mouth off the collective cock of the Devils.

Starting to feel like another game 7 in the East. Beat each other up, guys - the Blues and Preds are fresh. :D

Lot of Devils standing around staring at the puck on the Panthers's first goal.

Achooley I prefer Kenny's level headed delivery to Doc's histrionics.
I'm just surprised the network is using a low key personality for a playoff game.

It's fucking Petey McGuire I can't stand. STFU ya windbag. :lol3

How do you make the playoffs last even longer?

Three Game 7's in the East.

    Washington/Boston:
    Boston. But just barely.

    Ottawa/NY Rangers:
I'm going to go with Senators. I know...

    NJ/Florida:
    I think Florida.
But that was a lot of poor hockey I saw last night.

I just hope my Flyers aren't getting cold on the bench.

They are game sevens; I tend to look first at goaltending.

    Thomas over Holtby
    Lundqvist over Anderson
    Brodeur over Clemenson

That last call is pretty suspect, I really feel it could go either way.

Have to worry about loss of momentum for Philly and all the Western Conf teams, particularly home teams. I could see some visiting teams come in angry, play a good road game, and steal one.

Washington made a big mistake by not wrapping it up Sunday.

That was, quite simply put, a wonderfully intense half period of hockey.

    and the Caps up, 1-0...

and WHAT a tip. Holy shit...
