Nice fat bar conversion. How big a difference do they make to the way the bike feels?
Did you try them first without the height extensions?

A copy of the plastic Boano, Hella Lights.

    all mount designed himself

At the fork springs Progressive installed WP.
Produced a new cork, top, height 50 mm.

MakS...fork on your bike looks taller than original. Is it original just customed as you mentioned or it is old Marzocchi?

    Thanks.

    In the long term:
Additional fuel tanks on its tail.
    Rear wheel 18 "
    Replacing the shock absorber.

Great Max. I am doing the same. Progressive Hyperpro springs and + 40 mm tuning. My Wilbers rear shock is 10 mm longer than original, which causes 25mm more on the wheel + 18" rear rim, which means aditional 12,5 mm  Finally it is 37,5mm on the wheel.

I rewrote link progression, shortened by 10mm. it has added 50mm height rear suspension.

What did you use the rear wheel on 18 "??
What are the dimensions of the width of the rim? 2.15, 2.5 or 3.00

50mm? Too much. No problems with chain tensions?
It is Excel 18x2,50, 32 holes, undrilled.

no problem! as suspension is within acceptable limits.
I prefer the chain does not stretch much, that would not break on the landing with a sudden jump.

Short link progression cost me 4,500 rubles is $ 150. + Set of bearings, seals.

The wheel you installed on Transalp?

In Africa, have a width of 3.00 rim, in Moscow, it is very expensive.

I am just thinking of point, where chain touches the rear frame. There could be a problem with 50mm and more.
Alternative to Excel is Morad rim. On my Transalp I had stock rims.
