I reckon there will be aftermarket fixes coming out for the beak and winglets, drawing inspiration from the better proportioned beak and more graceful side cowl lines of the dohc.

Interesting...I won't give a final verdict on the design until I see it in person. It's very angular, non-symmetric and yes, those "sword" radiator covers look like they are just asking to be ripped off (hopefully without taking a radiator with it!) I guess engine and tank/radiator guards will be mandatory for any off-road use. I hope it's not stupid expensive, my local dealer is selling loaded Teneres for $13,000.

Early opinion is: I like it!

+1 What is the thinking behind that? Are they functional? Perhaps to funnel air to rad, but angular plastic shit looks awful. Edit: Houses the rad fan.

these winglets make me think about the MM ones.
Perhaps they should have been in the same colour, no so visible.

They cover the radiator, purely cosmetic. But by making them silver they make them really stand out. Not sure if they could shape them differently, but black or dark gray would look better IMHO!

Looks interesting. Give them a couple years to shake it out and it could be fun!

I see a viable aftermarket product in some kind of cowl or cover to replace those pointy radiator covers. :puke1

The addition of a slipper clutch is great. I have one on my 07, and would miss it.

Any word yet on final drive failures?:lol3
